Shipping policy

Currently we are only shipping to the continental US.  Orders for in-stock items are processed within 3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email.  Time to ship for made-to-order or custom items will be established when your order is reviewed and confirmed.  You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We ship via UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail.  Please let us know if you are interested in expedited shipping.  All orders are carefully packaged and insured, however we are not responsible for theft or damage to packages once delivered. If you do not want UPS or USPS to leave a package at your door, please let us know that a signature is required for delivery.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number that you can use to check delivery status.  Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 weekdays of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
