Refund policy

It is our goal to provide you with a positive experience and a handmade ceramic item or fine photographic print that you cherish.  Please contact us directly if you have any problems with your order so we can find a solution.

Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns and exchanges on regular stock items:

  • Contact us within 5 days of delivery
  • Ship item(s) back within 30 days of delivery
  • You are responsible for the costs of return shipping

Non-returnable items

Unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for made-to-order items, custom or personalized orders, sale items, seconds or gift cards.

Cancellations

We don't accept cancellations, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the situation and make it right.

If an item arrives damaged, please send a photo of the damaged item with your return request within 5 days of receiving.  Photos of damaged packaging are also appreciated for the purpose of insurance claims.

Return Shipping

Please contact us before shipping any item back so that we can get the details of your return and provide you with the proper return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We are not responsible for any damage that occurs when shipping back an item for return or exchange, so we strongly encourage you to pack the items well and ship via a trackable carrier. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.  Return payments are refunded on your original payment method.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
